just have to tell you that I just did a session with a little boy who has been working on velars forever. Anyway, I showed
him the visual cues for the wor "tack" and "deck" assuming that we would just get a clear final "k"
and he was able to say both words completely right just because I used the signs for /t/ and /d/ along with the
visual cues for /k/. It was the coolest moment for both of us! You
are a genius!

I have a 3 1/2 year old son who can not
say the "S" and it is in his name twice. He was not eligible for speech at his school. I got a copy of the parent
section for "S". This summer we spent a little time each day doing the activities and reading the suggesed
books. After only eight weeks he could say the "S" and he corrects himself if he forgets and says the "T".
