TIPS, Inc. founders are Daymon Gilbert, M.Ed., CCC-SLP and Kathy Swiney, M.A., CCC-SLP, BRS-FD. They are nationally known speakers on various topics including articulation and phonology remediation, figurative language development, and fluency assessment and treatment. Each has worked in several settings including pediatric/geriatric rehabilitation, home health, private practice, public schools, and hospital rehabilitation.

Daymon has authored/co-authored several works including, "Wizard of R's" (Pro-ed), "Sound Strategies for Sound Production" (Pro-ed),  "Entire World of R: Book of Elicitation Techniques" (SayItRight), "What an Idiom!" (TIPS,Inc.) and the "OM ZOO" (TIPS,Inc.).

Kathy has authored/co-authored several works including "What an Idiom!" (TIPS,Inc.),  "Entire World of R: Book of Elicitation Techniques" (SayItRight), "Sound Strategies for Sound Production" (Pro-ed), and "Well Versed" (TIPS,Inc.).
